ECCF has been encouraged by the Massachusetts Federal Delegation, our state agency partners and our advisors to take advantage of these programs immediately – and we are sharing that encouragement with our communities as funds are limited and will be granted on a first come, first serve basis. Both of the programs noted above are designed to deliver a direct infusion of financial resources into our region, mitigating the need for more unemployment and business closings, and helping our economy bounce back faster once this health crisis is over. Additionally, both are forgivable when used as intended (see resources for more details below).
