Castle Hill's Christmas by the Sea

The joys of the season will abound at Castle Hill’s Christmas by the Sea on November 30 – December 2. Visitors can experience spectacular floral and Christmas decorations, special activities and live entertainment all weekend long. Participants can take self-guided tours, view a 90^th-anniversary display about the Illyria’s South Seas sailing expedition, enjoy complimentary cookies and cider, and find that perfect holiday gift at the Castle Hill gift shop or the Harbor Sweets pop-up store.

 The celebrations kick off on Friday evening with magical nighttime lighting, holiday music by pianist Robert Allison, and a cash bar with beer, wine, and a special holiday cocktail.

On Saturday, visitors can enjoy a dance performance by Ipswich Moving Company’s Youth Dance Ensemble at 3 pm and listen to holiday favorites performed by North Shore musicians and singers throughout the day.

On Sunday, the delights will continue, particularly for the young at heart. From 12 Noon to 2 pm visitors can meet Old Saint Nick, at 3 pm listen to the North Shore Ringers, and throughout the day hear local musicians perform holiday favorites.
