I Am Enough: A Virtual Retreat for Women

This virtual retreat is for women desiring a respite from the demands of pandemic living interested in gathering with other women eager to be energized by one another’s creative musing.

During this virtual retreat, connect with your courage and boldly face that self defeating voice that sets impossible expectations for you to be better and do more. As women, we are often our staunchest critic causing mental and emotional exhaustion. Join us for this creative gathering to tune into that other, gentler voice that also exists who can offer assurance that you are enough exactly as you are.

As expressive arts facilitators, we will create a supportive space for you to listen to your body’s wisdom by developing somatic awareness for an intuitive way of knowing. We will ponder questions such as: what are my core strengths? What do I value? How do I want to spend my time? What am I passionate about? We will use guided visualizations, art-making and journal prompts to deepen our relationship with our inner, wiser, creative Self.

Please wear comfortable clothes and prepare a quiet, uninterrupted space for the retreat. Also have some blank paper and/or a journal on hand with some basic art supplies (markers, colored pencils, etc). Additional curated art materials will be available for pick-up at The Artful Life in Salem prior to March 26.
