Lowell Arts Market at Lucy Larcom Park

The Lowell Cultural Council is happy to announce the first of a series of art markets we are hosting this year. We’re kicking things off on May 15th, with the first of five markets. Bringing you the arts in a safe and fun outdoor environment. We’ve got many artists already signed up and more to come. So stay tuned for updates!
