In the ’70s, the Boston Globe called them “the darlings of the folk scene.” Mason Daring and Jeanie Stahl wrote their signature song “Marblehead Morning” back then and, of course, the evocative ballad was a huge local (as well as national) hit. PARKING INFO

There is plenty of on street parking around the me and thee coffeehouse which is held at the UU Church of Marblehead at 28 Mugford Street, Marblehead.

You can find on-street parking on Washington, Mugford, Elm, Green, or Pond Streets.

Driving up Mugford from Washington, Elm is the first right after the church, Pond is the second right.

Be sure to park in the legal spots only. We don’t want you to park in no-parking areas — you may receive a ticket or be towed.

Parking is available in the Gerry School parking lot on 50 Elm Street. There are limited spaces so please be courteous and park as efficiently as possible. You cannot leave your car in this lot overnight.

Also within easy walking distance, you can park near the Marblehead Charter School at 17 Lime Street, which is a left off Pond Street.
