Music on Meetinghouse Green: John Baboian Ensemble

The John Baboian Ensemble offers up a rocking evening of jazz standards and selections from the Great American songbook.

Renowned guitarist Baboian teams up with fellow Berklee college of Music faculty members Jeff Stout on trumpet and Danny Harrington on baritone sax. the trio is joined by gloucester native Dave Landoni on bass and George Farrell on drums. Acclaimed singer Sandi Bedrosian offers the vocals.

Baboian’s career as a professional musician spans more than four decades and has reached audiences on five continents. Over the years he has shared the spotlight with a “Who’s Who” of musical legends. While rock, jazz, and swing are his specialties, he is equally at home in classical, blues, R&B, Latin, and world music genres.

A freewill donation will be taken for Pathways for Children. Food vendor for July 5 is The Causeway Restaurant.

Folding chairs will be provided or bring your own beach chair or blanket.
