Merrimack Valley is rich in history, natural features, the arts, and most of all people. Thousands of years of habitation, a beautiful and powerful river, and people from all parts of the world make this region special. What places, traditions, and stories do you value? Are there events, activities, celebrations, and things that people grow and make that have meaning for you? We’re asking you to share your ideas and stories with the Merrimack Valley Culture Mapping Project and bring photos or small objects that represent meaningful events, places, people, or other memories that you would like to see on the map. By learning what makes living here meaningful, we hope to work together better to build upon those things in the years ahead.
