Painting Abstraction with Acrylics

Expand your visual language as you interpret form, color, line, texture, and light. Using visual references, exercises from the instructor, and photos or sketches, you will abstract imagery of objects, or scenes, or figures. Spontaneity is encouraged as you work on quick studies that lead to more detailed works. Be challenged to alter your style, re-think your composition, and explore different approaches to painting. The instructor is open to varied art materials, and will provide guidance and critique. All levels welcome. Supply list available on-line. Limit 8.
