The Tempest at Theater in the Open
William Shakespeare’s classic “The Tempest,” presented as part of Theater in the Open’s 40th Anniversary Season for free in Maudslay State Park.
One of William Shakespeare’s final masterpieces, The Tempest is a tale of magic, love, and loss set on an island in the Mediterranean. Featuring actors from Newburyport, Boston, and Southern New Hampshire, this year’s production celebrates the 40th Anniversary of Theater in the Open.
This production is free and open to the public. There is a small parking fee at the State Park.
Saturdays and Sundays starting July 13 through August 18th.
